Impeccably clean and fairly large venue with lovely views. Central location, at a short distance from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. Truly enjoyed fairly nice area.

Family-friendly accommodations, perfect for the little ones. the surroundings were amazing, right by a walking path and a lovely park to explore! 🌲.

Location: the hotel was close to the town centre and the ski centre, and fields. We had lunch at nearby Cafe, tried their fast food options.

Tbh, had a comfortable stay for 3 days with tui holidays. Particularly good location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

We had a comfortable trip with hot breakfast that included breads, porridge, bangers, and bacon in the restaurant.

The meeting point of every winter sports were at this hotel. And there was activity office here. So it was very easy to take part in winter activities.

We stayed in a suite designed for smaller children for two nights in an amazing location with friendly staff.

It was surely a fun stay for 3 days with tui holidays. All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel — the food was tasty and the staff were caring. The offered breakfast was good hot and included lots of options...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Servicies and facilities are simple but enough. Breakfast was very good. Children were happy to make their own pancakes. Bread of breakfast was much better than English one. The hotel is located very close to the ski resort. (5 minutes walk, even ski-in, ski-out is possible) Members of staff at Lapland Safari were very friendly and helpful. Japanese members for aurora hunting tour were very kind and providing us with a lot of information for free.

Supper we had once on the night of check-in was horrible and the male member of staff were too busy to show us to the table.

Great selection for breakfast and a cool 🍳 vibe. Awesome spot, right by the central area.

This venue offers great facilities and is an ideal place to stay.

Hotel staff were very friendly and kind. Easy to join winter activities (e.g. snowmobile safari, northern lights tours...).

What I disliked the most was that there was a TV board located right above the suitcase storage which wasn't high enough. I got my forehead cut seriously by the corner of the TV board. Although I could manage to stop bleeding without help, I think it is highly hazardous to the guests espeacially with . Apart from that, bathroom facility was very old and poor. Restaurant can be unclean during breakfast hours.

A good hotel for family vacations. In an excellent location in goromonii with the nature of the Finnish Lplandiya. Activities can be in winter sports and to visit with kids reindeer farm.

The best part here was the super friendly staff who were excellent 👍. the breakfast was free and truly amazing, especially with the hot options available.
